Our Mission

Despite an improvement in recent years, let’s face facts — there remains a serious shortage of women pursuing careers in engineering.

WIE introduces the girl child to the world of STEM and aims to break stereotypes about the industry that have been embedded at an early age. ZIE provides the foundation for women InSTEM campaign which aims to create STEM awareness globally.

A Special Thanks to Our Partners

ZIE is a private professional body made up of its members. Operations and membership are regulated by a private Act of Parliament, regulated by ECZ.
